Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened skincare/beauty products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glamluxe.com with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund. To start a return, email support@glamluxe.com with your order number and reason.
